Implementation and management:
- Implement document processes, supervise and propose the adjustment for the approval marketing plan.
- Coordinate Agencies, Sales, Trade Marketing and relevant department to roll-out the list of taks for accomplishing the plans.
- Cooperate with Agency, review contents, image on appropriated media channels, activities which are suitable for the brand’s positioning, strategic direction and confirmed KPIs
- Control and report actual and plan marketing budget by project, by month, by year. Adjust budget between months or media channels.
Market research
- Update and analyze competitor’s information, propose the reaction marketing plan.
- Support BM/SBM/GMB, research team in implementing the evaluation project, market analysis, consumer, and brand health check
Planning:
- Support BM/SBM/GBM build brand strategy, marketing plan to reach annual revenue, profit target.

- Understand about consumers, strongly understand communication channel and deep dive market reports
- Communication skill in exchange and work with Media agencies
- Have knowledge about Digital, content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
