- Managing and increasing, existing and potential customer portfolio in Modern Trade (pharmacy & consumer) channel based on Business Unit strategic goals to achieve sales growth and obtain the profitability target assigned by the company
- Develop and implement effective process streamline strategies
- Establish effective and professional relationships with key stakeholders internal and external related to Modern Trade business
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for Key Customers
- Evaluate and benchmark best practices in Modern Trade and update management Team on new Opportunities, challenges and effective solutions
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Plan and execute effective new product launches coordinating with all stakeholders
- Establish personal networks across all regions
- At least 3 years in Modern Trade (either Sales or Trade Marketing)
- University degree (Business background).
- Experience in Key Account Management (preferably B2B).
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation skill
- Good understanding of Category Management,
- Customer Joint Business Planning Business Analytics
