MEDBOLIDE - BU1: ACTION PLAN FOR QUARTERS III–IV/2026

On August 20, 2026, Medbolide’s BU1 held the “Q3–Q4 2026 Action Plan” session, attended by BOD, BUM1 and all members of BU1.

The program provided an opportunity for BU1 to review their operations, assess the actual situation in each region, identify opportunities and remaining challenges and based on that agree on priorities and develop an action plan for the last six months of 2026.

With a spirit of unity, moving forward together and effective implementation, the program fostered consensus among the entire BU1 regarding goals and action plans for the remainder of the year.

As the program concluded, BU1 officially embarked on the final six months of the year with a spirit of acceleration, breakthroughs and proactivity working together to overcome challenges and achieve Medbolide’s 2026 business goals.
