On October 17–18, 2025, the Vietnamese Society of Sexual Medicine, in collaboration with University Medical Centre, HCMC and the Global Andrology Foundation (GAF), successfully organized the 2025 National Scientific Conference. The event brought together approximately 300 doctors, scientists, and researchers from the United States, Austria, Turkey, Russia, Indonesia, and Italy, along with Vietnamese experts in the fields of andrology, endocrinology, psychology, traditional medicine, and genetics, The conference not only provided knowledge but also served as a genuine scientific forum, bringing participants together to shape the future direction of Sexual Medicine in Vietnam and establishing a vital bridge between Vietnam and the international scientific community.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Quang—President of the Vietnam Society of Sexual Medicine—emphasized that this year’s conference is not only an academic forum but also a significant step forward in the strategy for developing the fields of andrology and sexual medicine in Vietnam.
The conference featured many lively discussion sessions focusing on key issues such as male infertility, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and Peyronie’s disease, as well as updates on new techniques in diagnosis and treatment. Advanced therapies such as PRP, LiSWT shockwave therapy, and PDE5i medications for treating erectile dysfunction were also discussed, paving the way for comprehensive and personalized treatment approaches.
