Manage and oversee all customer information, sales orders, and sales contracts.
Supervise the order process and delivery: proactively monitor inventory (In–Out–Stock), follow up on order progress, ensure timely deliveries, and prepare accurate delivery notes for each order.
Track and report sales performance and revenue across assigned territories.
Update sales data, verify the accuracy of sales reports submitted by sales representatives.
Work closely with the Accounting Department to reconcile monthly sales and revenue figures.
Support the Sales Manager in developing business plans and tracking execution progress.
Collect and disseminate relevant business information to the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
Monitor and drive sales team performance to achieve assigned targets.
Assist in designing and implementing customer programs: promotions, incentives, loyalty campaigns, and appreciation activities.
Manage accounts receivable: follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding debts.
Consolidate regional/territory reports into comprehensive business performance reports for management.
Analyze pricing policies, sales programs, and provide recommendations to the Sales Manager.
Prepare periodic business performance reports for senior management and provide updated sales results to field teams.
Draft and manage business-related documents, letters, and other administrative tasks within the Sales Department.
Lead and mentor the Sales Admin team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of processes.
Generate insights through sales data analysis to support management decision-making and improve sales operations.
Requirement
College or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in Sales Administration or relevant roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior position.
Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, data visualization and analysis).
Strong skills in planning, reporting, and presenting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex data.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both internally and with clients.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Leadership skills: ability to coach, motivate, and supervise team members.
